It breaks apart, has a soft but dense\nbite to it and still has the same tasty tangy flavour of traditional fetta. A common thing with plant-based cheeses\nis that they cease to melt in the same way that dairy-based cheese does and the\ncertain acidic and rich flavour of such is challenging to replicate. However,\nafter being in the oven for 10 minutes, this cheese was super gooey and\nstretchy, it had a tasty, cheesy, savoury flavour that could complement any\npizza topping without being overpowered. It shows how far plant-based cheese\nhas come over the years and the quality of bio-cheese products. They are both\ndelicious and give consumers the unique cheesy texture that they crave whilst\nbeing made entirely from plants.<\/span>Lor<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-999d76e e-con-full e-flex e-con e-child\" data-id=\"999d76e\" data-element_type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-67c6de0 elementor-widget__width-initial elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"67c6de0\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\"><p class=\"MsoNormal\">Bio cheese cheddar shred <\/p>\n\n<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-53def50 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"53def50\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p class=\"MsoNormal\">This is probably my favourite Bio cheese product I have tried. I used it on nachos, and it certainly delivered everything cheese is supposed to be. The texture was stretchy and gooey like regular cheese, and it melted so well which is usually a flaw in most plant-based cheeses but not this one. It had a delicious savoury, cheesy and bity taste which, importantly, was not easily overpowered by the additional nacho toppings. All of which make Bio cheese my favourite plant-based cheese brand. I can\u2019t wait to use it again as it would be a great plant-based alternative or addition to a lot of dishes that traditionally use dairy-based cheese. Overall, not exactly comparable to traditional cheese; the texture was dry and chalky, the flavour tasted artificial and was easily overpowered by the other pizza&nbsp;toppings. I did use this product to make a grilled cheese and felt that the&nbsp;texture and flavour of the product were better suited to this simpler meal. Another flaw is that I had to use a lot of cheese to reach a consistency and flavour&nbsp;that is comparable to dairy-based cheese. This cheese melted well and was gooey and creamy in texture.
