Beyond burger

Beyond Burger is a brand of plant-based burger that delivers on taste and texture consistent with regular beef burgers. The burgers were juicy and delicious however how well this brand has produced a plant-based substitute can easily be overlooked if cooked wrong. For example, my first time trying these I had defrosted them before cooking and it caused them to become soggy and have an unpleasant aftertaste. However, the second time around I had just bought them, and I flattened them out in the frying pan to ensure the burger was cooked all the way through whilst being slightly crispy on the outside. Therefore, producing a much tastier plant-based burger.  

V2 plant-based mince

I was very surprised by this product I only cooked it in a pan with some taco seasoning but it turned out very well. The texture was juicy with a bite just like regular beef mince and it had a delicious meaty taste. I used this for a classic spaghetti Bolognese, but it could be used for so many dishes for a great plant-based alternative. Here is the pasta recipe below.
